WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES AND VANILLA CREAM
½ liter milk, ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 1 egg yolk in the sieve, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence light all the ingredients to 1 pan and mix well. Bring to the fire stirring constantly until it begins to thicken, a velvety cream remains. Serve 1 slice of Panna Cotta chocolate in 1 dish, place 1 sliced strawberry in the center of the slice and pour the cream: a perfect combination of flavors: the strength of the chocolate, the acidity of the strawberry and the sweetness of the velvety vanilla cream. Garnish with 1 mint leaf.
