WITH RED FRUIT: 200 g of strawberries, 200 g of raspberries, 200 g of blueberries, 1 cup of sugar.
Cut the strawberries in half and place in a deep saucepan, combine the raspberries, blueberries and sugar and cook by stirring for 30 minutes over low heat. Serve the syrup over a thick slice of vanilla Panna Cotta and garnish with a mint leaf. Fruits can be fresh or frozen. The only strawberry syrup is very good.
