Italpan®: Competitive and healthy low-oil absorbing breadcrumbs.
Derived from ZINI Milano’s experience, an Italian bread-like breadcrumb was developed in Brazil, ideal for drumsticks, salted foods, bananas, breaded meats and fish, etc. It enjoys the well-known microsphere technology, thus retaining the lipophobic characteristic of FIOCCOPAN®, but uses a common bread-like flour that makes it visually similar to the conventional production process but unique in results.

IT IS HEALTHIER BECAUSE
The “Micro Ball” Technology reduces oil consumption by up to 70-80%during frying. Which makes ITALPAN® as healthy as FIOCCOPAN®,despite the differences in granulation.
INDICATIONS OF USE
After passing the food into the binder (FIOCCOGEL® ZINI diluted with water). Afterwards coat with ITALPAN® until it forms a homogeneous shell. Hand press for best grip and fry in oil at ± 190 ° C or Air-Fryer.
Important: ITALPAN® is heavier than breadcrumbs, so it falls to the bottom of the fryer without smearing the oil.
