The polenta is creamy and quickly prepared.

Fubazin is a polenta cornmeal developed by ZINI that reduces the costs and preparation time of creamy and classic polenta.
Fubazin® powder goes through a steam cooking process, does not have the bitterness of cornmeal and can be used to make the classic homemade polenta.
It is a very economical semi-ready food available in the market. Absorbs up to six times its weight in water.


  • Store at room temperature;

  • Does not have the bitterness of cornmeal;

  • Absorbs five to six times its weight in water;

  • Low caloric index;

  • Long life (6 months).


For every 500g of Fubazin® Corn Flour, add 2 to 3 liters of hot water along with seasonings to taste. Bring to the heat and mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Stir for a few minutes until the product separates from the pan, turn off the heat and the polenta is ready.
