Fibrazin is a pure wheat (bran) fiber. The only thermolized wheat on the market. It has a neutral taste and high content of fibers and vitamins. It is commonly used as a coadjutant in the formulation of products such as breads, cakes and various other products, without interfering with the product’s life. By giving volume to the recipe, it provides calorie reduction and absorbs up to 5 times its weight in water.
Does not have the typical bitterness of common fibers;
Enzymatically inactive, does not alter the finished product;
Does not interfere with the taste of the product;
Has a long service life of 6 months and is easily stocked;
Reduces the costs of preparing whole products;
Available in two grades: thick and thin;
Do not rancid the finished product;
Absorbs up to 5x its weight in water.
IT IS HEALTHIER BECAUSE
Through the thermolization process the drawbacks that inhibit its in natura use are removed from the wheat fiber (aka bran).
In this way fiber can be used in greater quantity and in innovative applications bringing numerous health benefits.
HOW TO USE
Indicated for formulation of a wide range of whole foods. It replaces 5% to 20% of white (refined) wheat flour, or in the proportion of 5% to 15% of the general formulation. Add water in the proportion of 3 to 4g for each 1g of Fibrazin®.
